We want to make it even easier for you. From the date you receive your Standard, you have 21 calendar days to install and use it. If you're not satisfied, return it and we'll refund your money. It's that easy.
No. The system includes the holds, the LEDs, the electronics box, the tablet, the installation manual, and direct communication with our team. If you’re interested, we’ve got a massive discount on the bundle that includes our system and City Wall’s DIY foldable structure. It’s a crazy discount—bigger than our launch offer!
It’s much easier to install than any other training board. It saves time both the first time you set it up and every time you clean the holds.
All our products include a 2-year warranty. If any hold or electronic component develops a problem, we’ll resolve it quickly.
The usable range of the wall is from 0° to 60°, but if your structure will be fixed, we recommend setting it to 20°, 30°, or 40°, where it offers the most versatility.
The number of holds and LEDs, the size is the same: · The Max has the same number of holds as other 12’x12’. · The Max Full has 133 more holds (the intermediate 4-finger crimps are insane). It's the 12'x12' with the most holds on the market.
No, you can pay in two payments. We’ll start after the first, and once the system is ready, you complete the second and we’ll ship. Also, if you want to take advantage of the offer but can’t set up the system right now, you can make a €2500 deposit now and lock in the price.
We offer a maximum delivery time of 3 months, although it's more common to have your system on its way in less than 2 months.

Yes, we offer the pack to upgrade your Standard either to a denser version or to a larger size. But we recommend going for the larger version.
Yes! The Shiny Wall app works on both iOS and Android tablets and smartphones. You can enjoy the full experience on any device.
In addition to the mobile app, we’ve developed an application for the tablet at the climbing gym. It’s designed for people who don’t want to use their phone during training and so multiple users can use it in the same session. This, together with the tablet and the stand we ship, is the perfect component for your new training board.
