General Terms of Sale

1. Parties
These General Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between SHINY WALL S.L. (“Shiny Wall”) and the customer (individual or legal entity) purchasing products or services through www.shinywall.com.
2. Order Process
An order is placed in one of two ways, depending on the product. For products available in the online shop, once the customer completes the purchase process and receives an email confirmation. For Standard, Standard Max and Custom, the sale is consultative: the order is placed once the customer accepts the quotation and Shiny Wall confirms it in writing. Shiny Wall reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud.
The contract is concluded in the language in which the customer places the order. Shiny Wall keeps the order documentation (confirmation, applicable terms and invoice) and the customer may request a copy at any time by writing to info@shinywall.com.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices shown on the website include the VAT applicable to private customers in Spain. For EU customers with a valid intra-Community VAT number, the reverse charge applies. For consumers in other EU countries, the applicable VAT is calculated and shown during checkout, before the order is confirmed. For customers outside the EU, prices exclude local taxes, duties and customs fees, which are payable by the customer.
4. Payment Methods
Payments in the online shop are processed securely via Stripe: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Klarna (deferred payment). Shiny Wall does not store card data.
For Standard, Standard Max and Custom, the payment method and schedule are agreed with the sales team, and payment is made by bank transfer as set out in the quotation and in the order confirmation.
5. Delivery and Installation
What is supplied. Shiny Wall supplies the interactive system: holds, LEDs, electronics and wiring, the tablet where the pack includes one, and the plans and installation manual. The wall structure is not part of the standard supply: where the customer needs one, Shiny Wall can supply it through its wall manufacturer and invoice it within the same order, in which case it is subject to these terms like any other product, including the warranty in section 6.
Installation is carried out by the customer, following the manual supplied with the order. No authorised installer and no specific qualification are required. If any questions come up during assembly, write to info@shinywall.com.
Usual lead times: under 3 months for Standard, Standard Max and Custom, counted from the first payment; around 2 weeks for Lite and for Lasso activation. These are indicative: the specific date is agreed with the customer and confirmed in writing when the order is placed, depending on availability and project complexity, and that is the date that applies.
If we cannot meet the agreed date we will tell you as soon as possible and you may set a reasonable additional period; if we miss that too, you may terminate the contract and we will refund everything you have paid.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery, unless the customer has arranged carriage independently with a carrier other than those proposed by Shiny Wall.
6. Warranty
Physical products carry the 3-year legal warranty from delivery established by Spanish consumer law (art. 120 TRLGDCU, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021). For digital content and services the period is 2 years. The right to claim lapses 5 years after the lack of conformity becomes apparent.
If the product is not in conformity, the customer may choose between repair and replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Shiny Wall bears the costs necessary — including shipping — to bring the product into conformity.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If you contract as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Simply tell us at info@shinywall.com before the deadline; you may use the model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
You may examine and test the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised to your specifications, nor to digital services already performed where you expressly agreed that performance would begin before the period ended and acknowledged that this means losing this right.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective products or our error. Full conditions in the Returns Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shiny Wall's liability is limited to the value of the order. Shiny Wall shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from the use or inability to use the products.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, any dispute will be brought before the courts of your place of residence. If you contract as a business or professional, the parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona.
Before going to court you may turn to the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System or to the Agència Catalana del Consum.
Shiny Wall keeps official complaint forms available to consumers; you can request them at info@shinywall.com.
